We would like to inform you that Dr. Brigitte Davis will no longer be practicing at Advanced ObGyn after July 1, 2025. Beginning August 1, 2025, she will be joining Crestwood ObGyn located at 4810 Whitesport, Suite 100 in Huntsville.  Their phone number will be 256-429-4281.  We do not currently have a fax number for their office.

 

We understand that changes in your healthcare provider can feel uncertain, and we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for you.

If you are a current patient of Dr. Davis and have an appointment scheduled after July 1, you are welcome to continue your care at Advanced ObGyn. We will transition your care to another trusted provider on our team. If any adjustments need to be made to your upcoming appointments, our office will contact you directly.

 

Should you have a preference for a specific provider within our practice, please let us know — we are happy to accommodate your request.

You also have the option to continue your care with Dr. Davis at her new location, or transfer to another provider of your choice. If you are pregnant and choose to continue your care with Dr. Davis, Advanced ObGyn will provide care until Dr. Davis resumes practice at her new location in August to ensure continuity. If you prefer to transfer your care, please complete a medical release form, available on our website at www.advancedobgynhuntsville.com under the “Patient Forms and Policy” section. Paper forms are also available at our office.

 

Once your completed form is received, we will promptly send your medical records to the provider you designate.  If you choose to continue to receive care from Advanced ObGyn, there's nothing further for you to do at this time.
